So, if you're eyeing this mouse but would like it in one light color, it might be possible to actually make it work for you! Either way, aesthetics aside it's a nice little cheap mouse, and definitely one of the sexier cheap ones. When I work up the courage to risk screwing it up, I might see if I can set it to solid mode, since that's mentioned in the description. So far, my mouse has stayed red in breathing mode for a couple hours, persisting through a computer restart.

Unfortunately I'm not entirely certain what I did, but I believe this is it: I pressed the forward button on the side (used to cycle the colors), and then pressed the back button next to it, to see if it cycled back. I searched a bit through reviews but everyone seemed to agree that couldn't be changed, so I was going to get a different mouse, until I managed (somehow) to set it to one color. This mouse was gorgeous and matched my keyboard and mousepad nicely, but I was initially heartbroken when it seemed to only cycle colors-my set up is red, and the changing colors obviously didn't fit in with everything else. I'm writing this review mostly to address another issue: the LEDs. As far as standard mouse functions go, it seems to be doing well-there's nothing much I can say here that hasn't been said in other reviews.

I just got this mouse today, needing a replacement after my old Red Dragon started getting cranky.
